How to Request a Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at customer@glycens.com to let us know you would like a refund.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
3. Package the bottles (even if they are empty) and mail them back to our fulfillment center.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed by our retailer, BuyGoods. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund amount.
